• Coffee filter
• Mini marshmallows
• 1 disposable bathroom cups
• 2 index cards
• 2 pipe cleaners
• 2 straws
• Hot glue
• Scissors
• Tape
• Single hole punch
• Ladder or step stool
• 2-3 toothpicks or wooden craft sticks (optional)
• Cupcake liners (optional)
