Home Study Program

This school year will have a different meaning to the word “Homeschool.” We at the Space Foundation Discovery Center will spend this year considering EVERY student a “Home Study” student, whether in school, attending virtually or enrolled in a formal homeschooling program. The Space Foundation Discovery Center’s Home Study Program will focus on how we will be assisting parents and families to educate their K-12 students in Science Standards through Space as a lens for the 3 Sciences: Earth & Space, Physical, and Life Sciences.

We will be using all the tools of the Discovery Center, to include:

Science On a Sphere^®presentations
LIVE, standards-based lessons and demonstrations
Theme-specific activities

The Home Study Program will offer themes and activities designed to engage learners on all levels. The Home Study Program is a great way to enrich your child's learning experience!
