Family Star Party: National Space Day
Join us at the Discovery Center for a progressive evening of viewing, the Sun and twilight views of Mars and the Orion constellation.

Event Details:
Join educator Jeff Gonyea for a progressive evening of viewing: First we’ll look at the Sun prior to setting. Once the Sun is too low in the west, we’ll take a look at a star in the still blue sky. Then, we’ll get twilight views of Mars and the Orion constellation.
We’ll also be joined by the MESO – the Mobile Earth & Space Observatory with their 12″ telescope and space-themed exhibit.
