Homeschool Days: Colonize the Moon
Homeschool Days is specially designed for K-12 students and families to offer exciting hands-on activities and workshops throughout the Discovery Center.

Come learn about lunar habitats and what we might need when we colonize the Moon!
This spring, Homeschool Days will explore “Living In Space” through different hands-on activities each month.
Activities:
- 10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. K–5 Workshop 1 and Workshop 2
- 12:00–12:30 p.m. Science On a Sphere® Presentation
- 1:30–2:00 p.m. Science On a Sphere® Presentation
- 2:00–3:30 p.m. K–5 Workshop 3 and 6–12 Workshop 1
- 3:30–4:00 p.m. Science On a Sphere® Presentation
Note: The K–5 and 6–12 workshops feature similar activities with scaled content and challenges for younger and older students. We encourage families to enroll their students in the workshop that is the best fit for them. Workshops are first-come, first-served.
