Nylah Rampersad is a passionate science communicator and STEM education advocate with over a decade of experience designing and leading dynamic, inclusive learning programs. As Manager of Exhibit and Lab Programs at the Space Foundation Discovery Center, she develops and oversees innovative educational initiatives that align with national STEM standards and real-world space industry missions—bringing hands-on, mission-driven science education to learners of all ages.

Her career spans formal and informal education, community outreach, policy engagement, and public science communication. She has developed and delivered national outreach initiatives, immersive exhibits, and educator training programs, consistently leveraging storytelling, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and creative design to make science accessible and exciting. Her work has been featured by PBS Kids, KOAA News5, and other media outlets, and she has collaborated with organizations like Cancer Research UK and the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds to expand science engagement globally.

Nylah holds an MS in Science Communication and Public Engagement from the University of Edinburgh and a BS in Biology from the University of Central Florida. She is also a certified scuba diver, XR learning designer, and lifelong piano teacher—bringing a unique blend of scientific expertise, creativity, and human connection to everything she does.
