Creating Your Space – Earth (Part 2): I “Felt” Earth’s Layers

 

Chrys loves the Earth so much, that we are still celebrating Earth Day! Join her to create a fun and interactive learning tool, “I ‘Felt’ Earth’s Layers.”

If you would like to create your own project while watching with the Space Foundation, here are the supplies you will need.

• Lesson plan (link below)
• XL sheet of black felt
• Large sheets of white, blue, brown and yellow felt
• Medium sheets of green, orange, and red felt
• Multiple sizes of round templates (for each layer)
• Multiple sizes of round templates to trace
• Scissors
• Sharpie
• Glue (optional)
