Animals In Space

Space Foundation Discovery Center staff and docents presents, an artifact lesson series on space exploration history with our very own collection pieces. This series will focus on Animals in Space: one of our Space Education Specialists is an animal lover, like many of you. In this lesson, she shares the history of a great number of animals sent into space both prior to humans and after, right up through current experiments on the ISS.
