Mission to Mars: Plan, create, and execute a complete mission to the red planet

Participants in this week-long adventure will experience everything it takes to plan, organize, execute, and succeed with a human mission not only to reach the red planet but also to build the infrastructure humans will need to make that mission sustainable. 

Explorers joining us will experience the future this week as they blast off on a mission to Mars.

Activities, experiments, and experiences will include*:

• Learning about features of Mars
• Mission planning from pre-launch to return landing on Earth
• Keeping humans alive on another planet: food, water, oxygen, and more
• Building a habitat: creating space to live and work while protecting humans from radiation
• Energy generation and rocket fuel creation to return to Earth
• Roving the red planet

• Days: Monday-Friday
• Times: 9 a.m.-4 p.m. (Drop off from 8:30-9 a.m.)
