Family Star Party: Moon, Mars & Orion- Cancelled Due to Weather

Tonight’s Family Star Party has been cancelled due to the weather. We invite you to join us for our next in person Family Star Party May 7th!

Join educator Jeff Gonyea at the Discovery Center for a dark sky night during the new moon phase to get a great look at Mars and the Orion constellation. We’ll learn about what celestial objects make up the Orion constellation. You’ll never look at Orion the same way again!

We’ll also be joined by the MESO – the Mobile Earth & Space Observatory.
