Homeschool Days is a special time for K-12 students and families to be enriched by hands-on STEAM experiments and activities in the Discovery Center. The fall focus is galactic chemistry, how it applies to Earth and the Universe.
In November, budding scientists will experiment and design unique bubble reciples using a variety of materials and delve into the bubbles in elephant toothpaste.

10:00 a.m. Museum Opens
- 10:30 a.m. Science on a Sphere® presentation
- 11:00 a.m. Workshop (Grades K-5 recommended) Design your own bubble solutions and elephant toothpaste
- 1:30 p.m. Science On a Sphere® presentation
- 2:00 p.m. Workshop (Grades 6-12 recommended) Design and experiment with bubble solutions and elephant toothpaste
*Note: e offer similar workshops in the morning and afternoon, scaled by grade level. Please be sure to attend whichever best fits your family.
