Homeschool Days is specially designed for K-12 students and families to offer exciting hands-on activities and workshops throughout the Discovery Center.

Event Details:
Dive deep into the science of pressure systems used not just in space, but around the world as we explore from the heights of space to the depths of the ocean.
This spring, Homeschool Days will explore “Living In Space” through different hands-on activities each month.
Activities:
- 10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. K–5th Workshop 1 and Workshop 2
- 12:00-12:30 p.m. Science On a Sphere® Presentation
- 1:30–2:00 p.m. Science On a Sphere® Presentation
- 2:00–3:30 p.m. K–5th Workshop 3 and 6th–12th Workshop 1
- 3:30-4:00 p.m. Science On a Sphere® Presentation
Note: The K-5th and 6th-12th workshops feature similar activities with scaled content and/or challenges for younger or older students. We encourage families to enroll their students in the workshop that is the best fit for them.
Note: In case of cancellation due to weather, this program will be rescheduled for Wednesday, March 11th.
