Space Foundation Discovery Center Earns TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (July 30, 2019) – The Space Foundation Discovery Center in Colorado Springs today announced that it has received a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence. Now in its ninth year, the achievement celebrates businesses that are consistently excellent — having earned great traveler reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year.
The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
Visitors to the Space Foundation Discovery Center have described their visits on TripAdvisor as “fun and educational” and “excellent and informative.” This week, the Space Foundation Discovery Center is wrapping up its annual Summer of Discovery, special summer-long programming centered around a certain space theme. This summer, visitors to the Discovery Center have explored what it would take to “Build!” and live on the red planet. The Build! exhibit will conclude this Saturday, Aug. 2, and will be open from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
The public is also invited to a Family Star Party, tomorrow tonight, July 31, at the Discovery Center from 8:00 – 10:00 p.m. All outdoor activities are free and discounted admission is available for anyone who wishes to exlore the museum.
