Event Details:

Homeschool Days supports K-12 students and their families by integrating science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) into exciting laboratory and classroom lessons. Participate in educator-led Science On a Sphere® presentations, Standards-based lessons and demonstrations, and theme-specific activities.

Take a deep dive into NASA’s planned return to the Moon, how we’re going to stay there, and how we’ll send humans to Mars​.

  • Guest speaker: Lou Ramon, former NASA Division Technical Manager for Automation Robotics and Simulation
  • Afternoon Workshop: Mars Lander
  • Self-guided activities: Priority packing, Mars/Earth comparison
