Event Details:

Join us virtually as we make mini catapults with Marc Straub and Cool Science to launch into the new year!

Will be streaming on our Discovery Center social media channels and the Space Foundation Discovery Center YouTube channel.

To participate at home, we are offering a limited quantity of mini catapult kits! 

Each kit will include the following:

• Wooden base
• 2 wooden dowels
• Rubber bands
• Brass tab
• Dixie cup
• Popsicle stick
• Paint stirring stick

All kits must be picked up in person at the Space Foundation Discovery Center (4425 Arrowswest Dr., Colorado Springs, CO 80907).
Please note: The kits are available for pick up Thursday, 1/21, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
Supply kits are limited and will be on a first come, first served basis.
